I have a passion for capturing life and beauty in images. I love the way a picture causes us to feel, think, question, and to remember. Pictures are a visual story of our lives.
For me it began 6 years ago, at our wedding, when my husband and I received a digital camera. From that moment my interest and desire to learn photography really erupted. I couldn't put the camera down. I would rush to the computer to download and proof my shots almost immediately after I'd taken them. I continued to take photos and schedule shoots as a hobby while saying to my husband, "I would love to really do this as a profession, you know?". I remember telling him a hundred times how much I enjoyed taking photos, and I would dream with him about a day when I could start my own photography business. One day it finally hit me...what's stopping me from taking the leap? The rest is history!
Along with my passion for photography I am passionate about being a loving wife and mother. I wouldn't be who I am today without my husband- he loves me for who I am while encouraging me to take risks and dream big! Recently we welcomed our firstborn into the world, and I'm so in love. He is such a joy to our lives.
