Happy Halloween!

Last Sunday we had the opportunity to go with my dad to the pumpkin patch and Eli had a great time. Eli loved seeing all the animals, riding the “train”, touching every pumpkin, and just exploring the farm. It was a beautiful evening and a great way to celebrate fall. Here are some quick pics from the pumpkin patch.

Eli couldn’t wait to pick out his pumpkin and dove into this pile. He wouldn’t let me turn him around for a picture so this is what I got.

These little pigs were kind of cute and fun to watch.
There was an old truck so we grabbed a couple of pics with it – the sun was really bright but I still like this pic of my men.
Eli found a black cat. He kept trying to get up the courage to touch it.
They had some fun tricycles for the kids to ride and race. Eli was a little small but he still enjoyed sitting on them. He also had a lot of fun exploring the farm with his Grampy.
These next few pics were taken on the boo “train”. It was really a tractor but Eli loved the ride and of course made train noises as we rode.
They had really large haystacks for the kids to climb. James put Eli up on one of the tallest and Eli was so excited!
Here is a family pic my dad took of us on the haystack.
Eli wan’t so sure about the pony ride…
He loved the tire swing though!
He never misses an opportunity to climb on something he can drive :-)
Eli loved going into the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkin.
And this is my favorite pic from the whole day. We found our pumpkin and Eli was so happy. I love his little smile!

Today Eli is going to go to his Grammy’s school and see the kids’ parade of costumes and then tonight we’ll be taking Eli on his first official trick-or-treat. So excited! I’m hoping to get a couple of pics from all the fun. Happy Halloween everyone!
